Job Description :
Manage day-to-day Injection Molding production and achieve production targets.
Handle Injection Molding Machines (IMM), preferably 30-40 machines.
Experience in manufacturing rigid plastic packaging products such as buckets, containers, jars, pails, etc.
Manage mould setting, machine parameters, cycle time, productivity, and rejection control.
Troubleshoot machine, mould, and process-related issues.
Knowledge of PP/HDPE/LDPE/PET materials and injection molding processes.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Tool Room, and Production teams.
Monitor OEE, downtime, scrap, rejection, and production efficiency.
Lead and develop shift engineers, supervisors, operators, and workmen.
Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, quality, and production standards.
Strong team management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
