Forecasting the manpower by using GAP Analysis.
Complete pre-employment formalities like fill up MRF, JD for the vacant position.
Posting advertisement for vacant position in job portal and sourcing candidates from placement agencies / internal referral scheme.
Short-listing of CVs as per job profile & position, Coordination of interview, written test, personal and technical interview, reference check, finalization of salary and issuing offer letter.
Joining formalities and Issuing of Appointment Letters.
Prepare monthly reports like Head count and present before management.
Induction &on boarding-
Designing and administrating induction program / introduction of new entrants.

Performance Management:
Facilitating and coordinating the process of annual performance management.

Payroll and Salary Administration:
Checking workers and staffs daily and monthly attendance.
Preparation of absentee record, late coming report, outdoor duty, gate pass, compensatory off, updating Leave Register, overtime etc.
Administering salary and wage of staffs and workers.Updating payroll division on new joiner information like employee id, division, CTC and other details.
Preparing salary and Wage of staffs and workers (500 plus) through software (Sensis and ERP).Liasioning& Legal Compliance:
Ensure timely compliance of various Labor Acts like PF, ESIC, MLWF, Professional Tax, Minimum Wage Factory Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Contract Labor (R & A) Act etc.
Keeping proper records of all the compliance and producing them when required, such as, external audit, Inspection, etc.
Taking care of timely issuance of online generated TIC to all IPs and issue Form no 37.
Verifying the monthly statutory payment of contribution and challan.
Having practical knowledge of UAN, KYC, ECR AND Challan generation and statutory calculation.
Filing Annual Returns under Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Bonus Act and maintain various registers under labor laws like Muster roll, Leave & Wage Register, Bonus registers, Overtime Register, Accident Register, Health Register and other registers.
Renewal of Labor license under Contract labor Act and Factory license under Factory Act.
General HR & Administration:
Maintaining personal files, Preparing and presenting MIS reports to top management.
Responsible for attending ISO audits, closing NCRs, implementation of 5S, maintaining PPE, First aid kit, Fire Extinguisher, Mock drill of security guards.
Handling administrative areas like security, housekeeping, canteen, transportation, Guest house etc.
Conduct regular meeting of various committee like Safety committee, House Keeping Committee, Canteen committee, transport committee etc.
