Key Responsibilities:-
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and engage pharmaceutical companies requiring plastic packaging, containers, closures, and delivery systems.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement, R&D, and packaging teams at client organizations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in pharma packaging.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new plastic products tailored to pharma applications.
Product Development Support
Collaborate with design and production teams to develop customized packaging solutions (e.g. PET bottles, vials, Closures, caps).
Ensure product specifications meet pharma standards (e.g., USP, ISO, DMF compliance).
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales targets through lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities in domestic and export markets.
Regulatory & Quality Coordination
Liaise with QA/QC and regulatory teams to ensure product certifications and documentation are pharma-compliant.
Support audits and client inspections as needed.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain CRM records, prepare BD reports, and present forecasts to senior management.
Prepare monthly reports which will help to make budget forecasting.
Track pipeline progress and conversion metric
Drive sales targets through lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities in domestic and export markets.
Regulatory & Quality Coordination
Liaise with QA/QC and regulatory teams to ensure product certifications and documentation are pharma-compliant.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
