Job profile -
Working as a Plant &Project Head at Bangladesh for an Aluminium Foil Mill plant which at present under commissioning. All machines were kept in the pallet and boxes from last 7 years.
All machines was supplied by ACHENBACH like FOIL ROLLING MILL, SEPARATOR, REWINDER and
ROLL GRINDER ( Herkules) almost 7 years ago.
Plant building also not there except one shed. Under my
guidance, completed all foil plant building, utility building with utilities like air compressors,
water treatment plant, cooling water system, AHU plant, transformers building with
transformers, panels, VCB etc, fire hydrant systems, scrap baling machine, overhead cranes,
lighting arrestor etc.
Under my guidance almost 7 years OLD all ACHENBACH machines are installed and
commissioning going on , which were very herculean jobs and successfully mostly completed,
we are going for trial run very shortly for every machine and furnace.
At present project consist of one 1850mm wider ACHENBACH- 4 HIGH UNIVERSAL FOIL ROLLING
MILL, Separator, Rewinder, Roll Grinder, 6 nos. Annealing Furnaces and utilities accordingly.
It was my Overall responsibility for completion of Foil Rolling Mill projects and after that as a
plant head starting from planning to dispatch of finished materials and always coordination with
marketing persons.
Target will be to produce 6-micron Aluminium foil from the 1850mm wider ACHENBACH- 4 HIGH
UNIVERSAL FOIL ROLLING MILL as early as possible.
Responsible for maintaining management policy as per Business Plan and implement
management policy as given by the management for the betterment of the organization.
Maintain proper discipline, administration, and housekeeping in the plant.
To be maintain approx.100 employees in the plant.
