Worked on PU Foams processing (Reaction Injection Molding)

Trouble shooting for R.I.M. (PU foaming).

Also worked on Machining processes like Broaching, Butt Welding, Spot Welding, Coiling, Coil Cutting.

Managing manpower for targeted production.

Making shift planning for every week.

Documentation - Production records of each operator of all shifts, TS documentation.

Daily rework & rejection data, downtime data, traceability data.

Preparing & monitoring M/c startup check sheets, tool life monitoring, parameter monitoring sheets, operation standards, process check sheets  for various processes.

Training new operators. 

Handling 2 Welding Robots - Preparing new robot programs.

Rectifying old programs.
