Job profiel  -

Responsible for overall Masterbatch plant operations. Responsible for Masterbatch formulations, Product development, Production planning and Technical services. 

Hands on experience in Erection and Commissioning of Italian make ?Penta? material conveying system, ?Brabender?

make loss in weight material feeders, Kabra make Twin screw extruders, Nauta & High speed mixers ,Chips Pulverizers,

Pelletizers, water chillers, Chips bagging and Packing machines, Dehumidifiers etc. 

Responsible to establish and monitor a process parameter by implementing and updating the process running 

condition. 

Monitor and report a daily, weekly and monthly production performance to management. 

Identify and solve all the process and machine issues and review it accordingly. 

Responsible for monitoring and checking all the preventive maintenance activities for process continuality and higher 

machine performance. 

Responsible for ensuring all the process procedures and activities has been followed as per standards.

Responsible for monitoring and to control the waste by continual improvement. 

Lead all the production activities and meeting. 

Responsible to provide targeted technical support to external customers, as well as internal customers such as 

Business, Sales and Manufacturing

Investigate and resolves customer complaints regarding product performance or quality with a long-term focus on 

manufacturing excellence.

Administering down line development with close interaction, situational training and idea generation for 

implementation of new improvements in operation, ERP, documentation, machine operation and energy saving 

options

Ascertaining adherence to regulatory needs, compliances and up keeping of facility for any audits at any time

Responsible to preserve all the data and records at appropriated files and storages area. 

Responsible to ensure all the Safety Rules and Regulation has been implemented and followed appropriately for all 

Employees and Suppliers. 

Ensure the cleanliness as a part of employee?s culture by implementation of 5S activity and audit.
