Job Profile:

Production and material dispatch.

Daily, weekly and monthly production planning and scheduling.

Production based on consumption and forecasting required for feeding customer production line on JIS basis.

Co-ordination with CSG, Purchase and Store departments for continuous production and dispatch the material for smooth running of customer production line.

To maintain inventory levels at both ends (In house and customer end)

To ensure no shortages at customer end.  

Managing the assembly line workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.

Ensure Customer satisfaction

Ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.

Customer Satisfaction:

Delivery in right time and right quantity. Analysis of customer complaints and preparing corrective and preventive action plan. 

Performance Monitoring:

Monitoring of performance of productivity turnover per man, PPM of line rejection, PPM of customer returns. 

Familiar with post moulding operations like Woodstock forming process, USWelding, Riveting, etc. 

Monitoring process sheet, first part approvals, checklist, and visual aids.
