Customer Handling: Attend the customer complaints, Participated in PPM Improvement project, Satisfied the customer through systematic analysis and permanent actions by using QC tools like 8D root cause analysis, Pareto graph, cause & effect diagram, why-why analysis, etc. Conduct the Audit of supplier a/c ISO/TS standards.
