Machine Operation & Maintenance

Operate Twin-screw Extruders (Coperion Sts/zsk Models Like 60, 70, 92) To Process Polymer Materials.

Set And Adjust Processing Parameters (Temperature, Torque, Feedrate, Screw Speed, Etc.) Based On Batch Requirements.

Conduct Routine Equipment Checks, Calibration And Basic Preventive Maintenance On Extruders, Feeders (K-tron ? Loss In Weight Feeder), Pelletizers And Bagging Units.

Ensure Machines Are Running Efficiently With Minimal Downtime, Promptly Addressing Minor Faults Or Escalating Major Issues 



Material Handling & Production Control

Supervise Raw Material Mixing And Feeding, Including Silo Operations And Rm Blending Unit.

Handled A Wide Range Of Polymers Including Pc, Ldpe, Lldpe, Hdpe, Hips, Abs, Pbt, San Along With Additives Or Titanium Dioxide (Tio2) And Glass Fibers, While Strictly Adhering To Material Safety Data Sheets (Msds) For Safe Handling And Compliance.

Manage Grade Changeovers And Perform Thorough Machine Cleaning According To Sops To Avoid Cross-contamination.

Ensure Production Output Meets Packaging, Labeling And Traceability Standards.
