Job Responsibilities:

To maintain Quality Assurance Procedure in accordance with ISO -TS Standard

To follow Total Quality Management through process inspection.

To provide inputs for continuous improvement and up gradation of Product Quality and achieving customer satisfaction; as per Quality policy set by company Management.

To check the dimensions and points affecting quality during production

To guide the workmen in production of various automotive components

To plan and distribute the work among workers, set up targets and ensure compliance with the decisions taken at the MRMs(Management Review Meeting)

Troubleshooting during Production

To maintain discipline and ensure effective utilization of resources

To identify on the job training needs for workers.

To maintain correlation between production, paint shop, fabrication, quality assurance department and management.
