Job Profile :

Supervise and control implementation of injection molding, production, quality planning and process and procedures.

Supervise and control the production by ensuring the targeted machine output is achieved per shift and that product conforms to customer?s  specification

Mould changing, setting and quality check up.

Quality control  checks and administration of records.

Supervise and control the administration  and process of non confomances corrective action.

Supervision and control the packaging of  finished goods.

Stock management

Supervise and control preventive and general maintenance of the machines.

Setting and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Handling mechanical and electrical (PLC  system ) trouble shooting
