From July 91 to Oct 93, worked as mould room officer in Pearl Polymers Ltd., Bangalore, manufacturing PET bottles and jars





FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

1)THERMOFORMING

working with ILLIG TFMS of RDM63/10C m/cs, MEAF BMS 600/150 TFM, WINDSOR TFM 500, RAJOO TFM and WONDERPACK IM 3060N1 TFMS.

Excellent experience in mould setting, process setting and troubleshooting. Hands of experience in mechanical maintenance of tfms like overhauling gear

assemblies,mechanicalspeed variators,cams and other

machanical parts of machine. Having knowledge of mould maintanance and fabrication of tfm moulds. Experience in machine phenumatics. processed POLYPROPYLENE and HIPS in thermoforming.





2)SHEETLINE EXTRUDERS

worked with VSM90 MEAF extruder, Rajoo extruders. 

Ablity in drawing sheets from 0.3mm to 3mm in HIPS and P.P,with an accuracy of 0.01mm. Good at troubleshooting and machine breakdowm maintanance.



3) injection moulding

Worked with injection stretch blow Moulding machines of ASB NISSEI Japan. Experience in manufacturing pet bottles from 250ml to6.25 lts. Good at troubleshooting both machine and process.



4)others

Knowledge in maintanance of air compressors, chilling plants, cooling towers and other common utilities .



Good at manpower maintenance and managerial activities.
