In-house Design & Manufacturing of Fixture & Gauges, brazing fixture, Die expansion tool      

Active Member of Tool development & CFT Team 

Tool costing & out sourcing of mould, Fixture  and their respective parts 

Identify & implementation of Kaizen & Poke-Yoke for improvement & to eliminate human error. To Maintain Tool validation, Tool Trial & Tool Inspection reports
