Identifying and developing a reliable Vendor base for procurement of material.

Communicating technical specifications, monitoring Vendor performance to ensure cost effective & quality supply.

Executing cost finalization and initiating cost reduction by changing the production process. 

Managing capital assets of CGT with suppliers (tooling).

Devising and implementing policies & procedures to enable smooth functioning of operations.

Undertaking localisation as part of cost reduction and self-sufficiency initiatives.

Working in close coordination with Vendors for apprising them on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan.

Planning & carrying out process audits at Vendor?s end and to monitor trends.

Providing technical guidance to the vendor team, guiding them on resolving performance bottlenecks.

SQIE for Fabrication & Sheet Metal, Bars & Shafts & Plastics

Confirming the feasibility of the project, lead RFQ and price finalization process.

Analyzing Quality complaints using 8D and 7 step problem solving techniques.
