PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:



1). From Oct. 2006 to till date working as a Manager Moulding in a Public Limited Company, a Government of India recognized and Leading manufacturer of Dental and Oral healthcare products. The Company manufactures toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening gel, mouth rinse, denture creaming and tongue cleaner. We are also a contract manufacturer of leading international and national brand.

 	

2). From Dec 98 to Sep 06. worked with a leading pen manufacturer as an Executive Moulding (Mounding Incharge). It is a leading Co. dealing in writing Instruments, having Ten CNC Injection Moulding Machine DGP WINDSOR make, DGM - 125, DGM - 75, PS-130& PS-150

All moulds are multicavity varies from 16 to 64 cavities, Imported from Korea, required very high Mould safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 

Planning of mould loading on different machines and arrangement for required Raw Material, Colours and other packing materials, Preventive Maintenance of Moulds to be loaded. Technical Innovation, cost optimization, safety and preparing Q.C. procedure and training of manpower.



3).  4.5 Years worked with M/s APEXINTERNATIONAL div. of INALSA Ltd. as an engineer from Feb. 94 to Nov. 1998 it is an 100% EOU manufacturing and exporting of bicycle part. An ISO 9002 certified Co.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 

Vendor development moulding to ensure production target with quality from vendors, material procurement, mould maintenance and production planning.



4). 2.5 Years with STIC PEN PRIVATE LTD. Mayapuri as a Moulding Incharge. (From July1991 to Jan1994).



JOB RESPONSIBILITY: 

Looked after shop floor activities, vendor development, technical purchase and M/C maintenance setting up and looking after quality systems.



5). 2 Years worked with JAY YUSHIN LTD Gurgaon as Asstt. Engineer Moulding (Period - From Aug1989 to June1991.

It is JAPANESE collaborated, manufacturing Auto Mobile Parts for Maruti, Hero Honda and Bazaz.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 

As a moulding Incharge looked after shop floor activities, Production Target with in the company Norm of Quality and Dimensions. Ensure that design are in compliance with standards and Procedure.



TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Attended course on Industrial Hydroulic Organised by VICKERS.

Attended seminar on contanimation control and filtration of Hydroulic Oil.

Seminar of Plating on Plastics.

Undergone traing on POLOSMART CNC Injection Mouldings Machine at DGP WINDSOR, CHATRAL

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility of Production Planning and Execution on monthly and weekly basis of different Machines

Materials, Master batches and colours Planning and Procurement - on monthly and weekly basis.

Co-ordinate with PPC, Assembly and sales department to fulfill their Scheduled Target.

Component Inspection and Q.C. Report checking.

MY JOB RESPONSIBILITY RELATES TO THE FOLLOWING

1. In moulding section, Total 30 employees working in two shift, arrangement of shifts, leave plan, Ensuring Raw Material, Colour, Mould, Machine and Utilities in O.K. condition for night shift.

2. MACHINES-

Looking after machine and utilities performance-Preventive maintenance of machines;

3. TOOL ROOM-

Also looking after Repair Maintenance of moulds, Their Planning as per Schedule, Preventive Maintenance and Procurement of moulds spares In House and main Tool Room at Mayapuri;

4. VENDOR DEVELOPMENT-

Q.C and Technical assistance to our nearby Vendors.

5. QULITY AND TESTING-

Check and Analysis Q.C. Report made by Q.C. Inspector, Also Ensure Quality by removing its Root Cause-Can be from Material, Mould, Processing Parameter and Manpower.
