Involving in RCA and taking its CAPA for repetitive problems to increase productivity.

To formulate the MBO and to execute the same.

Conducting SMED & QCO to increase the productivity.

To keep record of Production activities & preparing all Monthly & MRM report  rejection analysis. NEU analysis, Production tonnage report, Trail report & Etc)
