Job Profile:-

Responsible for working as a Plant In-Charge in absence of Production Manager.

Responsible for maintaining Hygiene & GMP throughout the plant.

Responsible for achieving above 99% production efficiency.

Responsible for monitoring the process control in dipping area.

To support the organization to keep the plant rejection below 5%.

Responsible for maintaining preventive Maintenance schedule.

Responsible for training the assistants.



Work Experience in production:-

Handling the machines and equipments like:

Machine operating like single, twin extruder, kneader, pulviliser, high speed mixer, & ZSK-50

All types of plastics material processing. Commodities and engineering plastics like- PP, LDPE, PS, PET, NYLON, ABS, POM etc.

Color matching of masterbatch & compounding

Manpower controlling & plant handling

process audits.
