Job Profile: 

I am doing the online payment operations of RIL, Bank reconciliation of RIL Account on Day to Day basis. I am responsible for statutory reports and returns, Debit & Credit notes of RIL customers.

I am responsible for Scrutiny and Finalization of Trial Balance, Monthly Fund Analysis, Cost Analysis of Purchase and Sales account, and reporting it to the Director on day to day basis.

I am responsible for physical verification of stock in Factory on Monthly basis. I am responsible for Cenvat Credit, Service tax Credit and Statutory compliances of Sun Pet Pack. 

Looking After Daily & Monthly MIS Report Work.

Filing of Monthly return (ER-1) to excise Department

Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, and Income Tax, Deduction & Computation of TDS, VAT etc. Finalization (Assistant with C.A.) & Coordination With Managing Director

Bank Reconciliation Party Reconciliation.

Vouching & Verification of Cash Transaction.  

Ensuring effectiveness of the corrective action / preventive action implemented.

Verifying all the daily work i.e. Posting of production in Rg-1, Posting of Inputs and capital goods in Rg-23-A-part-I, RG-23-C-part-I, Posting of input credit in Rg-23-A-part-II, Posting of Capital gods credit in RG-23-C-part-II, Posting of Service tax credit in Service Tax Credit Register, Posting of Job work material in Annexure-IV, Posting of cash credit through Tr-6 Challan in P.L.A etc. 

Also having an active role in the internal audit as a lead auditor.
