JOB PROFILE :

Inspection of parts produced on shop floor, rework area, post molding, printing areas includes visual as well as dimensional inspection as per control plant & drawing & check sheet

In case Part are reject, we are visit to customer

To control incoming rejection

Handling of various test instruments present in quality lab.

Inspection of all incoming parts as well as pre-dispatch.

In case of parts recd, which are non-conforming to customer?s specification, then responsible to communicate back to the vendor/seniors in writing as well as verbal till the issue is resolved and supplies are streamlined.

Handling of various test instruments present in quality lab and timely calibration and up keep of the same.

To carry out all other jobs allocated by the seniors

We are making CAPA document for sales returns & customer complaint.
