Job responsibility:

Maintain Production schedules, trouble shooting extruder & vacuum forming Plant and ensure Production deadlines are meet Supervise down-line employees and maintain their morale.

Customer order review and daily production & dispatch planning and Feedback to HOD about actions taken on customer complaints.

Products Manufacturing: Plastic granules, master batch & chemical compound & sheets. Products Exporting: Plastic products, color additives and master batches, chemical compound. About 100 crone turn over per annum.

Job Responsibility:

Dealing with customer regarding quality related matters including quality

Problems and counter measures.

Manpower handling.

Making production plan.

Work with Quality Control lab during production to ensure product conformity with standards and Prepare reports as per ISO and Client spec.  Procedures.



QA Chemist ( Lab & Process)

From Aug. 2005 - Nov 2006

Gail India Ltd. Pata, Auraiya Under NSC, An ISO 14001, 9001 Certified Company and very Large Production of LLDPE & HDPE for Different Grade as Extrusion, Injection and Blow Molding etc. GAIL has set up a world-scale gas cracker plant, U.P. Petrochemical Complex at Pata in Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh at an investment of Rs. 25 billion. The plant has a design capacity to produce 300,000 TPA of Ethylene (Expandable to 500,000 TPA). Downstream units include HDPE production unit of 100,000-TPA capacity and an LLDPE/HDPE Swing plant of 160,000-TPA capacity.

Job Responsibility:

Physical and chemical testing of in process raw material. (PSD, BD, Density, color, MFI).

Physical and chemical testing of Polymer Products e.g. LLDPE / HDPE Products in Polymer Lab/Application Lab.

Responsible to maintain and update the documents and record sheets relevant to the (NABL).

All data entry in LIMS.



Achievements: - Contribute in a new extruder plant set up at Amber Noida.
