Job Profile-:   

Done the planning of production as per customer requirement & its follow up. 

Check the mould condition, cleanliness, Process parameter setting of injection molding m/c for QA approved products.

Handling shift independently & attending trouble shooting coming in shift.

Make OPS and various check sheets for smooth operation.

Prepare OEE daily basis for IMS & reduce down times  

To assure the m/c setting parameters to achieve quality products.

Sufficient for attending common trouble setting to assure quality products & process. 

Responsible for Skill improvement of operator.

Responsible for manpower & Material management

Responsible for the implementing of 5-S on the shop floor.  

Online training to the operator in order to produce error free parts.

Check Conditioning of all processing equipment's,

Make mould & machine check sheet for trouble record sheet to reduce break down time of mould and machine.

Train the operator about quality of part, m/c operating, mould change, material & packing style.

Responsible for Skill improvement of operator.

Responsible for manpower management & organize shift start meeting.

Involvement in development of New model Parts

Member of Safety, Quality game & Kai-Zen  committee &  Responsible for implementation on monthly basis

Injection Moulding M/C- Toshiba 100T to 1800 TON (160T, 220T all electrical M/C (with robot system), Super master

Material Handled -: PE, PP, NYLON, ABS, PBT, POM, etc
