Setup of PPC, Process establishment & Process Control with minimum rejection.

Man Power Planning and Recruitment of man power for the shop (Production, Maintenance, Tool Room)

Giving training to sub ordinate. Conduct induction program.

Installation of new Extruder Machines and set all related equipment

Preparation of Shop floor Operation Plan, Molding Quality targets, job motivational aspects for employees.

Monitoring of Production, Production Efficiency, Utilization and Rejection PPM.

New mold trail and finalized the cycle time and costing.

Training and Induction of Man Power in Plastic Molding & Application Techniques.

Successfully implemented 5S.

Active participates in machine, mold, utility and other maintenance
