Implementation and Routine Documentation related to ISO/TS16949, ISO 9001-2008.

Solve the daily quality related problem of internal & external customers by using diff. methods like kaizen, Poka-Yoka.

Handle the Assembly line from moulding side to reduce the assembly line lose due to moulding.

Complete fill the all moulding documents for data storage.

Machine Handled: 

L&T D-Tech 60 to 325, Ergo200, 325 Cincinnati -Sigma 150 to 400. Toshiba 220T; Arburg multi stage injection moulding.

Mould Handled: 

Hot runner moulds, 2plate moulds, with various cores, splits & cams.;Three plate & Multi cavity ( mani fold) Moulds.

Material Handled: 

ABS, PMMA, PC, Nylon, PPCP, PP, Tale filled 20%, PEI, PET, TPU, PPS, PEI(ultem), DP (Blend of ABS & PC), LDPE, HDPE

AUXILLARY HANDLED :  

Bry-Air centralized drying system, Prasad-Koch centralized drying system Prasad MTC., Prasad central conveyring system.
