DGP WINDSOR (I) LTD. Chhatral, Gujarat (Formerly Kl?o?ckner Windsor (I) Ltd.)  I was involved in number of Development and Design project such as First close loop injection molding machine in India (5 years and 11 months).

Achievement And Merits:

Cost Reduction of 35% in PLC Control with faster processor and it?s standardization across all series of machines.

I have obtained training from B&R Austria for three times on overview of all the B&R products and the software tools for handling and diagnosing the same, also for the servo motor and drives. 

I have obtained overview training from Ferromatik Milacron, GERMANY for one week on MOSAIC global control development for injection molding machine.

I have obtained training from Milacron Inc, USA for one month on Screen ware Design & Development of crystal control for injection molding machine.

Design & Implementation of Control Hardware, Software, Hydraulics and Electricals in tie-bar less machine for Milacron China. 

Design and Develop the machine with the servo package for energy savings and low noise. 

I have obtained training from Cincinnati Milacron USA for one month on VT series of close loop injection molding machines.

I have knowledge of Electro ? Hydraulic control for injection molding machinery.

As a representative of DGP WINDSOR (I) LTD. I have done commissioning and installation of FR series of injection molding at General Plastics, Kenya.

Number of Installation and maintenance project of Plastics Injection Molding machine have been undertaken by me as a representative of DGP WINDSOR (I) LTD. at plastic processing sites.
