Get maximum output with available resources.

Prepare the maximum production records.

Finalize the optimum Processing condition for each process components.

Maintain Plant Machinery & equipment in order to achieve required productivity.

Use of Pareto chart to analyze & reduce defect in process.

Maintain neat house keeping.

Co-ordination with customer & staff in the organization.

Co-ordination for planning of trail.

Follow up with customer for the results of trail.
