Company Profile : ISO 9001 Certified company engaged in manufacturing of various types of master batch (plastic granules) used in FILM, FIBRE & MOLDING extrusion process. Also manufacturing Flushed Organic color.

Job Responsibility

Development of new color master batches as per customer requirements.

Color development as per pantone shade cards

Making database for fast color matching

Familiar with Quality measures and testing procedures of Pigments (Organic, Inorganic), Polymers, Additives, etc.

Mainly working on Spectrophotometer for measurement of colour of various Master-Batch. 

Measuring of Melt flow index for Polymer, TG-DSC of Master Batch, Tensile strength, compressive strength of Master Batch. 

Trouble shooting of customer complaint & also solved field problem

Raw material testing like LD, LLDPE, PP, PS, NYLON, EVA, Pigments-Organic, Inorganic etc. & New Raw material evaluation.

Experience on working of spectrophotometer, Fiber, Moulding, Two Roll mill, Film Extruder Teraohmmeter.

Formulation entry  in computer of all new color developed

Competitor product Evaluation

Making Export Test certificate & Export Production& packing.

Giving Test certificate to customer.

Preparation of ISO Documents.

Data base preparation on Spectrophotometer.  

Knowledge of preparing fibre database





Future Goals: 
I am going  to work as an R&D manager in MNC Company. Try to developed  new master batch specially disposable plastic.
