Meeting m/c wise, article wise & performance target.

To control Rejection rate below the norms.

Minimizing the possibility of m/c break down by timely intimating maintains department.

Supervising operator self-control.

Ensuring quality in production instate corrective actions to solved quality problem in production.

Optimum utilization of manpower to meet the targets.
