Responsible for all operations carried out in the plastics component manufacturing division such as: -

Quality control.

Material, manpower planning and utilization.

Improvement in productivity.

Injection molding of various engineering thermoplastics and thermoset material (DMC) and its rejection control.

Maintaining of ISO documents.

Implementation of all activities related to 5-S and TPM (KAIZEN, Autonomous  Maintenance, and SMED)  

M/C Handled: Arburg, Demag, Mir (Thermoset).

Material Processed: PA 6, PA 66 GF, PA 6 + PP ALLOY, PC, PC GF, PBT, PEI + PTFE, POLYACETAL, PPS, PE, PP DMC (dough moulding compound).
