Training Exposure:

Handled Conventional machines: Milling, Lathe, Shaper, Drilling, Pantograph, EDM, Grindings, Power Hacksaw etc.          

Basic knowledge on: CNC Milling (HEIDENHAIN, ISO), CNC m/c & programming CNC Lathe (FANUC) & CNC EDM.

Exposure of making moulds: Injection Mould, Compression Mould, Transfer Mould, Thermoforming & Blow Mould.

Knowledge in fitting, assembling, mould making & mould maintenance.

Exposure on jigs & fixtures.

Knowledge about Plastic material & it?s processing.



Projects Handled:

During PD-PMT(6th sem): Developments & fabrication of hand injection  mould for {Medicine Container}

During PD-PMT (7th sem): Development & fabrication of compression mould for {Deo Seal Cap}
