JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for effective implementation of entire IMD operation in the shift including manpower deployment work assignment and implementation of various techniques for quality improvement.

Conducting trials of new moulds, materials colour, establishing cycle time & quality.

Responsible for improving productivity, reducing machines down time and rejection, maintaining and improving quality.

Responsible for 1st level maintenance of machines & moulds.

Looking after raw materials blending, preheating, consumption of reground and reprocess materials.

Handling moulds with hot runner, cold runner, with multiple core.

Processing various raw materials such as PC, PBT, NYLON6, NYLON66, DELRIN, ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PMMA, SAN, ABS, ABSFR, HIPS, Filled PP, PPHP, PPCP, LLDPE, HDPE etc.

Monitoring the process activities & quality for reducing the rate of rejection and motivating people for achieving results.

Imparting functional training to operators.

Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic ckts (able to read ckts.)

To Maintain Machines & Process improvement to manage a team of machine operators to achieve the production target set by management with good quality & less rejection
