Presently working with leading company manufacturing Plastic Moulding Parts 

Job Profile:

Responsible for Line quality Control both Molding & Paint shop.

Knowledge in Gas molding & Steam injection molding.

Revise work instruction for operators as per corrective action for the customer and internal rejection.

Preparing Parato chart for monthly rejection.

Analyzing the root cause for internal rejections and taking suitable corrective actions.

Ensuring inspection reports periodically.

Giving training to inspectors and improve the quality of process & products.

Giving training to operators related to quality issues and improvements.

Giving training to contract labors related to assembly and secondary operation. 

Giving tool rectification report to tool room and following the same until correcting the problem.

Co-ordinating with team for implementation of 5S in all areas.



Engineer ? QA

Injecto Plast in Irungattukottai

Responsible for PPAP documentation.

Handling of Customer complaints.

Revise work instruction for operators as per corrective action for the customer and internal rejection.

Conducting internal audit and schedule.

Preparing Agenda and minutes of MRM

Responsible for system documents like Manufacturing process audit, CAPA and PPAP etc.?

Conducting training as per plan.

Collecting of monthly MIS data.
