Manpower handling, Productivity, Process sheet monitoring, ISO documentation, Trouble shooting, Achieve quality objective such as monthly production target, Reduce scrap generation, Stock of scrap, Reduce cost per kg, reduce over weight percentage, Reports to AM PRODUCTION .

Daily production planning and achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.

Making and updating daily production report, studying and analyzing the daily reports,

Raw material requisitions for month.

Handling EIGHT  injection molding m/c as a shift incharge.

Avoid frequent breakdowns by undertaking preventive maintenance of the machines. Plan the preventive maintenance schedule. 

Responsible for RM consumption, 

Studying and analyzing the standard weight and actual weight of PREFORM, CAPS and revise the standard weight of its .

Improvement in process and quality performance through systematic evaluation of weaknesses and implementing new plans to address the same.
