Molding Engineer

From Feb 07

Presently working with leading manufacturer of motorcycle helmets and cricket helmets and safety products for motorcycle, cricket, cycle and sports use. The Company is having 02 microprocessor based molding machines of Stork and Penta made 550 and 350 tons, also engaged in Thermo Forming and Vacuum Forming process

The company is awarded ISO 9002 & ISO 14001 certificate, certificates from Australian standard for cricket helmets.

JOB EXPOSURE :

Looking after in-house Molding, Thermo Forming, and Vacuum Forming activity as well molding activity at molder end.

Production Planning, Material planning and Dispatch scheduling.

Hands on processing & maintenance experience on machines like Engel, Ferromatic, Mafatlal Nigata, Windsor (sp series), Arburg, L&T, Deak Yung, of 50 to 250 Tones.

Preventive and break down maintenance of moulds

Creation and maintaining of databank Material consumption, Processing datasheet, Mould maintenance, Molder traceability, Mould trials

New mould development and existing part modification 

Product Development, Vendor Development.

Control over rejection & achieving higher productivity with required quality.

Develop alternate sources for raw material procurement and tool molding

Execution of sourcing and supplier development plans for Specialty Products commodity. 

Plant erecting work.

Exposure to ERP, ISO activities
