Manufacturing skin panel as well as inner panel dies

RESPONSIBILITY:

Scheduling the Dies for trials.

Man power planning in fitting and tryout area.

Checking the patterns as per Design before sending to patternmaker.

Making the dies ready for Buy Off.

Coordination with the Vendors for requirements at production.

ROLE:

Completion of Dies with respect to schedule.

Studying simulation to reduce no. Of trails.

Proving the panel as per Buy Off standards to satisfy customers.

Carryout dies installation activity & signoff the dies at customer end.

AREA OF INTEREST: Dies Mfg., Tool Room (Mould Mfg. Mould maintenance .Small M/c Shop Handling). Design and Development of Projects (Buy off For Dies, Installation), Part Development.
