Job Profile

Setting up the component data in the MFG-PRO (the ERP system being used at leading company ) that includes product code, BOM, planning parameters, costing, etc. Setting up work centers & defining the routings of products on these work centers. Formulating, monitoring & reviewing monthly sales plan in line with company budgets & production plan in line with VMI (vendor managed inventory) warehouse stocks, forecast, customer requirements & resource availability. Capacity planning & reviewing. 

Formulating, releasing & monitoring monthly production plan to the shopfloor, considering the safety stocks, forecasts, customer requirements & resource availability. 

Periodic review of inventory, which included ABC XYZ analysis, defining the safety stock / re order levels, joint reviews with supply chain for purchases (local as well as imported) & customer open order reviews. 

Demand forecast management in ERP software. 

Monthly Operations MIS reports for the division. 

Man Power Deployment and job allocation, Handling 40 Persons in a Shift. 

Looking after daily shift activities such as successive implementation of Production Planning and achieving set Production Target, Setting of Mould and M/C. Troubleshooting of Mould and Process. 

Preparation of Loading Schedule of mould on M/C. Material and supplies requirements Trial of new Mould and Materials, Testing of mechanical properties of polymer. Training to Operators 

ISO-9001 and ISO-14000 Documentation for the production and taking part in Internal Audits. 

Reconciliation of material and vendor development for the shop floor supplies. 

Preparing Monthly scrap and Efficiency Report. 

Handling Mfg-Pro ERP Systems. 

Handling Hot and Cold Runner, Single and Multi Cavity Model. 

Material Processed LDPE Based L.V and EVA based H.V Compound.
