Job   Profile:

*    Inspect the Incoming Raw Material 

*    Party sample analysis.   

*    Develop color as per customer requirement. 

*    Inspect the color difference by using spectrometer  

*    Preparing and implementing ISO related documents.

*    Inspect the in process raw material. 



Practical   Experience:

Testing: Exposure on various type of High Precision and Micro Processor Control Testing Machine like UTM (LLORD-LR10K) MFI Tester, Impact Tester, HDT, VST, Rockwell Hardens, Color Spectrometer and Carbon Black Content etc.

Knowledge about testing of different Raw Material as per ASTM standard and different type of Product Testing.



Processing: Knowledge of Operating and Maintenance of various processing machine like Injection Moulding Machine (King-Steel and Wintech), Twin Screw Extruder (NR-II, SG Fr Essia Micros Crop, TSK-60, TSK- 30), Kneader etc.



Project: Effect of thickness from transmission of Oxygen (O2) and Nitrogen (N2) 

            Gas and Water Vapor of the Polyester Film.

            Scope- In depth investigation and analysis on the transmission property of 

            Plastic film.  



Seminar: Viscosity determination method for thermoplastic and Thermo set.
