Job Profile

Raw Material Inspection: Sample inspection of Castings (Sand Casting, Investment Casting), Plastic Components, Forgings (Brass Forgings, S S forgings), Aluminium Castings Inspections of Castings (S S castings ), Forgings (Brass Forgings & S S forgings), 

C.G. Rods, Machined Components in accuracy 10 to 20 microns, Copper Wires, Inspection of Coils for resistance. 

Internal In-process Inspection: Patrol Inspection on each & every machine in work shop 

Finish Product Inspection: Final Inspection of valves for leak test, body test, test for pickup, dropdown voltage of valves, pressure test etc. 

Statistical Quality Control: Rejections analysis for finish product & raw material. 

Outdoor Inspection: Inspection at supplier end for machined components, rods, castings. Vendor development: Assessing vendors in terms of Quality & Capability. 

Customer complaints: Received complaints from marketing dept., forward it to production dept. analyze the problem and solved it with the help of production dept. and also take corrective and preventive action in order to avoid such problems in future. 

Handled gauges : verniers (dial verniers, digital verniers, Depth vernier), Micrometer (Digital micrometer), Thread gauges (bore gauge, ring gauge), plain bore gauges, snap gauges, pressure gauges, programmable hight gauge(ELECTRA DIGIMER), 

Maintenance of gauges: sending verniers, micrometers, thread gauges, electrical meters (not possible for in house calibration) for calibration as per their due dates.
