Online quality control (Process Control) for production assembly of air-conditioner. 

Performance testing of air-conditioner at specific room temperature and check all electrical parameter related to test. 

Identify the Defect type and send it for rework process. 

Maintain the Defect record and send mail to manager daily & monthly, and give the remedy for that. 

Maintain the rejection report & % of rejection against the production, and try to reduce the % of rejection. 

Also working in two additional stages as pre-final & final stage testing & inspection. 

Solving the on line Quality related problem . 

Maintain the FTR report in my SAP system, making action plan for increase the % of FTR. 

In-charge of QM Module of mySAP. 

In-charge of Audit Inspection of Outgoing quality. 

Worked under Design Dept. as a Design & Development Engineer for One Year. 

Type Test Of Air-Condioner For Dgs&D Test (Director General Secretory & Demand) Governments as per Is Standard test.
