Job Profile

Handling all the developmental activities for prototype samples, such as modification & developing new and existing products as per customer request, testing department as a testing & Validation engineer. 

Handled all the vendor development activities for design changes, modifications and development of proto samples. 

Inspection at suppliers ends for proto samples and solving the customers query for the samples and checking the sample fitment at customers 

Worked in the testing department as a testing & Validation engineer. 

Responsible for documentation for the Audits 

Dealing with customer for Design Verification plans interaction/queries regarding regulatory non-regulatory test requirements for safety of the automotive customers. 

Handled all reports and Commercial matters with testing agencies 

Support Industrial Design, Marketing, Product Business Units, Craftsmanship and Engineering in early identification of innovative products and product trends globally 

Responsible for the testing equipments, fixtures and Machines up gradation as per standards updating. 



Projects 

Hand Injection Molding Machine in academic year, 

Footrest plastic Development for one of the running projects of Tata Motors for official purpose.
