Presently working with leading manufacturer and distributor of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in a range of 5 micron to 250 micron 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Develop internal partnership to drive bottom line profits.

Making production plans, creating daily & monthly production reports, manpower planning and maintaining stock of raw material as well as finished goods.

Monitoring the production process, quality control and safety.

Monitoring day-to-day operations, processes, systems, equipments and recommending ways to increase productivity.

Educating subordinates and workmen in area of new products, processes, equipments and safety measures.

One of the safety committee members of our company.

Successfully completed First-Aid training from When-It-Strikes Crisis Management Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.

Actively participated in the in - house training programme of Fire fighting (Hydrant & Extinguishers).



As a production supervisor my responsibilities include overall supervision and control of Polyester chips (PET), Formaldehyde & Para Formaldehyde manufacturing process by using complete DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM (DCS) of Yokogawa and ABB.



Experience in commissioning of Polyester Chips (PET) and Para formaldehyde plants. Which includes erection and testing of reactors, condensers, storage tanks, pipelines and distillation system (MEG and Methanol).



Having basic working knowledge of pneumatic control valves, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, ejectors, vaporizer and vacuum pumps.



Manufacturing of PET Chips using DMT and PTA.
