Job Profile 

Receiving the daily planning schedule from the planing department. 

Planning the machining schedule and proceeding accordingly. 

Allocating the machines to the work men according to requirement and their skills. 

Coordinating with Planning and Quality Departments in order to fulfill various customer requirements. 

Maintaining various ISO RECORDS and Various Other records required. 

Continuously observing various problems in tools manufacturing in order to improve the tool Quality, Reduce excess manufacturing time, Improving tool parts, etc. 

Try out the new tools on the required capacity press. 

Following ISO and 5S standards. 

Manufacturing of progressive, compound, bending and forming tools for sheet metal components and plastic injection moulds. 

Interpretation of drawings 

Design, and manufacturing and of press tools and plastic moulds. 

Interpretation of Tool & Mould assembly and part drawings. 

Maintenance of progressive, compound, bending and forming tools for sheet metal components and plastic injection moulds. 

Manufacturing and servicing of fixtures for various components. 

Planning of the work order properly on machines, assembly, heat treatment etc. 

Co-ordination with the other toolmaker to assemble the moulds & tools. 

Cutting Tools and material selection properly. 

Working on machines and assembling of tools independently. 

Bench work on machined parts and Assemblies. 

Loading, dismantling, correcting and re-assembling of tools and setting of press tools on power press.

Programming and operating of CNC EDM and CNC WIRE CUT. 

Working on Auto Cad software for design and part drawings. 

Following the 5S and ISO standards.
