2.) ASIS (Advanced Sophisticated Integrated System) Moulds (I) Pvt Ltd 

Designation:  Tool and Die Maker 

Duration:  Aug 2003 to Feb 2005

?  Programming of CNC milling Machinery (with Fanuc controller)

?  Assembly of hot runner side.

?  Assembly of core and cavity.

?  Cutting tool selection.

?  Bedding down of core and cavity.

?  Polishing of core and cavity after machining

1.  Attended 7 days training program on introduction to CNC Machinery conducted 

     by Central Tool Room and Training Centre Kolkata



2.  Completed the course on Small Industries Management Assistance Program 

     (SIMAP) on Plastics Industries, Sponsored by SIDBI Bangalore at CIPET, 

     Mysore duration of 4 months in the year 2003.



Projects During Pursuing Diploma: -

1.  As a team leader successfully completed the design and manufacturing of

     Injection Moulds for soap case during pursuing diploma.



2.  Completed the design of Thermoset Injection Mould for telecom cover   

     while pursuing post diploma.
