Managing quality related tasks including monthly, Weekly and daily planners. 

Implementing new process concepts for Quality, Yield improvement. 

To check and maintain the record for IQC, Stage inspection and outgoing QC. 

Follow-up with other concerned department for better quality. 

Responsible for the making control plans and the packing procedures as per customer requirements. 

To check and monitor the scheduling and staffing of quality work force. 

To arrange different system to achieve target. 

Maintenance of ISO/TS 16949:2002. 

To check and improve on the customer complaint. 

To maintain record for the PPM (External and internal) 

To prepare monthly rejection analysis report.

To arrange for re-working and segregation if any.
