Supplier Quality Assurance 

Identifying supplier specific quality issues and developing & implementing solutions to improve the technical conformity of the products & processes. 

Monitoring the incoming bought-out, semi finished components inspection & testing activities. 

Conducting & coordinating Product audit & follow-up for completion of the corrective actions for the non-conformities. 

Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system. 

Conducting outsource testing for the Critical characteristics. 



Quality Management Systems 

Conducting Quality System Audits at supplier for verifying the Quality Standard requirements. 

Designing and implementing stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards of products.

Supplier identification, evaluation and selection of Rubber and Plastic commodities. 

Supplier development through kick off meetings. 

Quality system maintenance at supplier end. 

Controlling all the relevant documents & Standards, test certificates regarding to supplier 

development. 

Design of Experiments at supplier ends. 

Provide support for sustaining & continuous improvement of supplier product & processes. 

Incoming inspection monitoring. 

Maintaining all the relevant standard & Documents. 

G8D & Why-Why analysis for problem solving. 

Rejection & Rework review on daily basis. 

Handling Quality issues on Line. 

Internal audits.
