Well acquatinted with String up Tool, vacuum to be used in the operation of POY Winding Machines (Pneumatic System). Threading yarn quench floor to winder m/c. 

Shutdown (Scheduled, Unscheduled & Emergency) activities for replacing Winder m/c., Traverse Guide, Feed wheel, Ceramic Guide, CR2 jet, etc. 

Alignment and positioning of Chucks, Sensors, Cr2 Jets, Air Jet, Limit Switch, CATT etc. 

Change of Winder Machine and Repairing. 

Attending Leak, Vibrate And Trip Problems. 

Change of Cam Roll, Feed Wheel Motor, Feed Wheel, Let Down Roll, Cam Roll, Cam Roll Timer Belt, Cr2 Jet Air Pipe (Plastic & Aluminum), Waste Jet Air Pipe, etc. 

Wiping packs for get quality production.
