Solving all the process related problem & molding defects by process parameters control.

Hourly inspection of component (visually & dimensionally) as per standers.

Preparing & displaying quality alerts charts.(Q-CHART)

Handling the material as per standers.

Reduces the rejection by Why- Why analysis.

Solving the problems through 3-3-3 methodology.

Preparing & Maintaining PCC, PPMC, Q-MY-M/C, Tool history card etc.   

Preparing & Maintaining Internal & External PPM (Rejection) sheet.

Preparing & Maintaining Gauges & Fixtures.

Preparing & Maintaining 3-3-3 methodology chart.
