Responsibilities:

Regular corresponding with the buyer & manufacturer. 

Professionally maintaining the purchase order. 

Maintaining progress of production as per schedule on regular basis. 

Co-ordination with buyers & vendors on all quality & production issues. 

Take approval. Coordinating sampling from supplier as per buyer specifications. 

Ensuring quality Standards as per the buyer's specifications from the initial. 

Identifying new vendors & introducing them in a systematic manner. 

Doing research for the new product and design for the buyer. 

Day to day communications with the buyer on quality, productions status & 

stages of the productions to the final inspections, updating on shipment status. 

Negotiating terms/ conditions and prices with the suppliers. 

Production follow-ups and conducting quality checks 

Co-ordination with buyers & vendors on all quality & production issues. 

Visit EPCH fair with the buyer. 

Take approval from the buyer on any problem arising during production.
