Supplier Selection and Development for new projects including moulds.

Negotiation with suppliers for price and other terms for cost Saving as per targets given by management.

Review and finalize cost sheets of all major parts.

Managing all procurement for the group -all BOP items including Sheet Metal, Motors, switches, corrugated boxes, thermocols, Honeycombs, power cords, machined components, Fastners, rubber items etc.

Responsible for development and procurement of Import items like- Motors, Gears, Glasses, SS sheets and some rubber parts.

Managing procurement of raw materials for moulds and other tool room machinery parts, Maintenance spares, plastic raw materials etc.

Review for monthly requirement & planning for all BOP parts.

Daily review for requirement, shortage and PO approval in system for all plants.

Managing store systems & other activities-receiving & issuing and inventory management.

Rejection returns to suppliers- MRN rejection & warranty rejections.

Managing spare parts supply to the customers. 

Synchronizing with Marketing, Manufacturing, QA, NPD. Finance departments.

Reviewing quality issues with quality & Project Development Dept Head on daily basis.

Managing PPC department also.

To develop and upgrade the employees by imparting trainings according to their training needs.

Regular evaluation of employees through performance appraisals.
