Presently working with a leading company Engaged in the manufacturing of Auto Plastics of Switches Lighting & Battery, having customers like Tata Motors, Bajaj. 

MATERIAL USED: 

PMMA, PC, ABS, PP, PPCP, NYLON GF 30%, NYLON UV 6, PBT, LDP. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

To carry out process validation for the processes of plastic components. 

Responsible for the product validation and system validation for manufacturing process. 

Responsible for establishing the new process set ups w.r.t. developments in the product as 

well as process. 

To carry out Calibration of all types of Mechanical Instruments like Verniers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, profile projector and Slip gauge. 

Reduction of rejection by using different Q.C. tools. 

To carry out PPAP activities.

Future Goals: 
To meet organization goal in the field of Quality Assurance with continuous improvements in personal skills.
