Operator quality assurance.

Detailed analysis of  quality rejects & breakdowns with CAPA.

Identifies & record any reconfirmity related to product & process in conformance with the quality system.

Trouble shooting with CAPA.

Meet production goals.

Manpower deployment.

Forming QUALITY CIRCLE team & co ordinate the team.

Involvement in production planning.

Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 & ISO14001.

Production audits.

Elimination of waste.
